Redeemer Renaissance Discovery Camp offers child-directed, inquiry-based learning through project-based, hands-on activities that are specifically designed to increase creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Children will leave camp with the skills and tools to support lifelong discoveries. Our camps provide opportunities for children to dive deeper into topics of interest, allowing them to use creativity and imagination to think, make, and collaborate.

Discovery Camp Morning Session 8:30 AM - 12:00 Noon

Summertime Afternoons 12:00 Noon - 3:00 PM

During these hours, children may arrive and depart when it is convenient, though we encourage a prompt arrival so that your child may transition smoothly and understand the plan for the day.

Cost: Discovery Camp Morning Session $315 per week. Summertime Afternoons $120 per week.

The week of June 17-21 (June 19th is the Juneteenth holiday) Discovery Camp Morning Session $252 per week. Summertime Afternoons $96 per week.

Space is limited, due to low student-to-staff ratios as well as guidelines for health and safety.

Closed July 1 - July 5 in observance of the Independence Day holiday.

A deposit of 50% of the total for June, July and August camp dates is due at the time of registration. This deposit is non-refundable.

The remaining 50% of camp fees for June, July and August camp dates is due April 15th, 2024. Once paid, camp fees are non-refundable.

If payment is not received, reserved dates will be released. Please notify Redeemer Renaissance if your child will not attend.

All deposits and remaining balance payments are non-refundable once paid.

A non-refundable late fee of $20 per child will be charged for payment or registration after April 15, 2024.

Payment can be made by cash or check for those not enrolled in Redeemer Renaissance Preschool. Payments for families with children enrolled in the Redeemer Renaissance Preschool will be processed via electronic funds transfer (EFT) using the Simply Giving account on file. Once payments are made, they are non-refundable. Families with children enrolled in the Redeemer Renaissance Preschool wishing to make payment by cash or check must email their request to preschool@redeemermclean.org.

Once registered, enrollment confirmation will be sent via email. If the week(s) you are looking for are full, as noted on the registration form, and you would like to be added to the Wait List, please email preschool@redeemermclean.org and provide your name, child’s name, age, and week(s) for which you would like to register.
Snack/Lunch
We provide a healthy snack for campers each day consisting of a fruit/vegetable and crackers. Children should bring a water bottle that we can refill each day to stay hydrated. If staying for Summertime Afternoon, children should bring their own packed (NUT-FREE) lunch. Please note: Our campus is a nut-free environment. If your child has any allergies, please note on their emergency form at registration.
